I have been a part of the Mumbai branch since November 2018. It has been quite a rewarding experience for me professionally to be a part of an organisation which trusts you and gives you a freehand to achieve your goals. The management does not restrict itself to hierarchy and has an open-door policy for everyone.  This is a culture which allows you to spread your wings and grow along with the organisation.
